Built for the way you use it
Plan the surface before planning the pour.
A successful floor coating depends on the condition and preparation of the concrete below it. We evaluate the surface, intended use, moisture concerns, repairs, and desired appearance before discussing a coating system.
Preparation and performance
Concrete preparation creates the mechanical profile a coating needs to bond. Cleaning alone cannot correct contamination, weak surface material, or all moisture problems. Existing coatings and repairs may also affect the preparation plan.
A scope that fits the project
Decorative flake, solid-color, and other finish options can improve the appearance and cleanability of a suitable floor. Selection should account for tire traffic, tools, sunlight near open doors, slip resistance, and expected maintenance.
Finish and long-term expectations
No coating makes a structurally moving slab stable. Cracks and joints need to be evaluated individually, and some may remain visible or move after treatment. We set practical expectations before recommending a system.
Why local site conditions matter
Concrete in Central Texas is exposed to intense sun, fast temperature changes, heavy downpours, and soil that can move as moisture conditions change. No contractor can make ground conditions disappear, but careful grading, base preparation, reinforcement planning, joint placement, and curing create a more thoughtful installation. We evaluate the visible conditions at your property and explain what belongs in the proposed scope.
